A: Greetings from Korea. Thanks for your inquiry. Korean ginseng quality criterion is based on the specific total quantity of only three ginsenosides Rg1, Rb1 and Rg3. The most famous Korean ginseng brand's extract has 4.5mg/g of three ginsenosides' sum. This pocheon ginseng powder has 8mg/g of them. The reason of measuring only three ginsenosides is because they are most important ginsenosides among all 37 kinds of ginsenoside. Principally, Higher three ginsenoside value is, more the rest 34 kinds of ginsenosides the ginseng product has. KOREAN GINSENG CONTAINS ALL KINDS OF 37 GINSENOSIDES. And as for % value, we cannot say how much % ginsenosides Korean ginseng product has. We don't know the western standards for ginseng quality. We don't know how they measure ginsenosides percentage. Before 1980, Korean ginseng quality criterion is just total SAPONIN contents. That was as like 70mg/g or 140mg/g. Roughly, 70mg/g saponin content is corresponding to 4mg/g of Rg1+Rb1+Rg3. And also roughly, 140mg/g saponin contents is corresponding to 8mg/g of Rg1+Rb1+Rg3. In 1981, Korean Ginseng Law has changed so that only three most important ginsenosides Rg1+Rb1+Rg3 should be measured for avoiding customer misunderstanding. Thanks for your question and let us to give detailed information about Korean ginseng standards. All Korean ginseng product contains 4mg/g ~ 15mg/g of Rg1+Rb1+Rg3. A: Hello, 1 spoon of powder contains 1.4g carbohydrate, not sugar. And the rest contains the ginsenoside and other minerals.
The most important three ginsenoside is Rg1,Rb1 and Rg3. Korean government control and measure only those three ginsenosides which is contained in 1g of all ginseng product. This product contains more than Rg1+Rb1+Rg3=8mg per 1gram. Thanks for your question.

I have been an ardent customer of the product for years. Our family have been benefited from the product in a sense of wholistic approach. In mt last order, multiple packages, saw whte clumbs in varying sizes. The seller said that no issue since the color" is similar to the ginseng powder. I stopped pushing this issue over pandemics. We tried to go w/ the seller, experienced a weird stomach ache every time we consum it. We, then carefully observed our reaction isolating all others. We know the white crumbs are new (foreign Ingredient) since we have never seen those thus far. It was not ok! I threw away one package just opened out of anger but do regret that I should have kept it. I have the rest of 14 in the original boxes out of 20 ordered on this purchase, and one glass jar that the ginseng is transported from the box. The first picture is from the original plastic bag in the box under a warm light, the second and third pictures in a white porceline container under the florescent light, which may give a better image.
