Review: I’ve ordered this particular brand of fish oil several times. I like how it does not have a fishy aftertaste and I like how it contains lemon to help minimize fish burps. However, what I did not realize, was how these fish oil capsules greatly improved my sleep quality! I noticed when I take two capsules daily with food that my sleep efficiency is much better. I feel more tired at night and I stay tired when I’m in bed and wake up more refreshed. I became curious about this subject and I had learned that omega 3 fatty acids help to create more melatonin in the brain which is explains why fish oil makes you sleep better. I’ve had poor sleep for at least seven years and these fish oil capsules have helped get rid of bouts of insomnia and have helped enhance my life.
