Almost all answers I received was a "no," but after comparing the diameters of the 18oz vs. the 12oz I found they were the same. So I took a chance and ordered them, trimmed them, and they work perfectly.They slide on easily while remaining securely on the bottle. You see, I’m prone to random accidents in which I drop my hydroflasks: 2 out of the 4 I own, as well as my hydro thermos have random little scratches and dents from the various hits they’ve taken. Accordingly, when I upgraded to a 64 OZ I decided not to take a chance and purchased a hydroskin over the boot (that’s definately just an accessory, don’t bother). Given the size of the bottle, there’s not much selection when it comes to color choices, thus I settled on black. It promptly arrived and I’ve got to say, I don’t know what I’d do without it: I now take my hydroflask in the passanger seat and it no longer flies around my car. Likewise, I can put it down at ease anywhere knowing the likelihood of damage is slim to none. It was a little difficult to put on but you figure it out (fold it a bit to squeeze your bottle in)! All in all, it’s the best accessory for your hydro you can invest in!
