I've only opened 2 of the 4 in the box. But the 2 I have opened and recorded on are wonderful! They are very clear and easy to hear and understand... not at all muffled like some reviews said. It took a couple of attempts to get the recording to sound the way I wanted. You just have to play with the distance from your mouth to the speaker to get the qualitty and volume you want! Pretty easy! Mya my bernedoodle caught onto the "cookies" button in less than a half hour! And she has definitely abused the heck out of it since figuring it out! She also will hit the other one which says "outside" which I immediately take her out everytime she does... but I don't know that she truly comprehends that one quite the way she does the "cookies" button yet. But we've only had them for less than a day so... But I'm writing this because I ordered these buttons and got one that didn't work.. it turned on and everything but was not able to record voices or anything. I emailed the company and they were quick to respond (about 2 or 3 hours) but they were gladly to mail me a new one and threw in an extra button for the hassle! I thanked them and told them I was gonna write this review !
