While these Alligator anchors work well for drywall, I prefer the Toggler SnapSkru anchors. I use the Alligator anchors for plaster walls, and they are easy to use and effective for heavy loads. They are also very effective for concrete, but there are much lower cost alternatives such as tubular anchors or "tapcon" screws. Toggler Alligator are my go-to for plaster walls. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best slim wall anchors *by M***N on July 20, 2024* I’ve tried several different brands of wall anchors, and these are my favorite. They are really slim and thus do not require a giant hole in your wall, yet they can hold up to 20 pounds with the smallest size.
