I cringe when I think about what could have happened to my thumb, but also I should have read the instructions before I messed with it. The only other concern is it seems difficult to get the blade cover off. I know that’s also a safety feature, but I couldn’t grab it well enough with my fingers. I will try putting the key ring on and seeing if the extra leverage helps.
