Thanks** A: Hi there, yes, our T04D1 Ink Maintenance Box is compatible with ET-2850 priter. **Q: I installed as instructed on my et-2760, however printer still says "the ink pad needs service contact epson". is there another step needed?** A: I didn't have a problem, I inserted it, made sure it was in securely and ran head cleaning procedure, and my machine reset. I have the ET3760. **Q: Et-4750 must have an older or newer model. my et-4750 does not look like the videos shown. where is the maintenance box?** A: for ET4750, the militance box is located at the back of the printer behind where the ink tanks are.
