The product and service were below par unfortunately. The two-day complimentary shipping turned out to be 11 days.A full size mattress with 1" latex and 2, .5" of posture zoned visco foam turned out to be a queen size topper containing 2, 1" layers of latex.Seems as if the retailer scrambled to send me what they thought was the 'next best thing' when they noticed they were out of inventory.Repackaging and sending this back was no fun at all and now they are completely out of the originally advertised product. Bummer.
