Fat soluble vitamins will stay in your body for a long time, you don't need to take it every single day, it is stored and retained within your liver. According to my research this is made from from fish liver oil, (cod, saithe, haddock, pollock) Retinol derived from fish liver oil is a fat soluble compound, a good quality supplement known to be beneficial when consumed in healthy, recommended dosages. That being said, more of a good thing is not always better, just follow dietary guidelines and don't go insane recklessly mega-dosing yourself with fat soluble vitamins.
