Very Poor Quality, Real Safety Issues
First off, the seller was very good to deal with. They shipped quickly and responded to my concerns immediately and issued a generous refund. The product, is absolutely the worst quality I have seen in a very long time. At first, I was optimistic, it came in a box with an internally welded cage for protection, which I've never experienced before.Further inspection revealed scratches on every surface, several components appeared to be previously installed. The front and rear cargo racks required hammering, bending, and a little prayer to align. The person who assembled this quad obviously had no concept of it. Several nuts w/integrated washers were installed backwards. The entire frame is rediculously welded, not even close to symmetrical. The front wheels were toed out about 2 inches upon arrival! After a couple of laughable and frustrating hours, I finally got it going and noticed a few more issues. The suspension, let's just say has zero, none, nada flex or articulation whatsoever. Everywhere a control arm shoul pivot, it's clamped tight with bolts! The shocks, are crooked and don't do anything, zero movement.Safety: the rear chain is partially exposed, I could only imagine what would happen if a finger or toe was pinched in there. This quad is very easy to roll over, again, no suspension.Several fasteners, including the hand controls and brakes, were loose, I ended up double checking every nut and bolt.Tools and instructions are basically landfill.Likes: Camoflauge theme was cool, minus the silly light green afterthought pokadotted handlebar pad, really guys??Size is good, I like the speed controls. Wide floorboards are decent, but toes CAN contact the front tire if not careful.Lights are cool, came with reflectors.Final thoughts: This was a definite return had the seller not offered a hefty refund to avoid the return shipping and hassle.Again, the seller was great, prompt, and understanding, which is why I gave 2 star instead of 1.In retrospect, I should have looked harder at the Razor Quad. I looked at one in a store yesterday. The fit and finish are lightyears ahead of this Rosso. The chain is 100% covered on the Razor, and the rear suspension actually works. But, alas, it's major downfall is no reverse, another engineering moment of genius [not].

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!
I purchase this quad for my son for Christmas in 2018. It was garage kept and only ridden on the road. It was very well taken care of. After a month of riding, the quad died. I contacted the company they replaced the controller that was bad. Five months later, the same thing happened the controller went bad. The controller is $59 to replace and $20 to ship! That controller lasted about five more months before going dead. I bought another controller, $59 plus the $20 to ship. As of today, we went through SIX controllers with the last controller lasting less than a week. The people at Rosso Motors are very difficult to speak with. They will not return phone calls or emails. I will NEVER buy from this company again and will never recommend their product to ANYONE.

Good Atv for kids.
It works wonders for my son who has sensory issues, he had a smaller Yamaha raptor 12-volt battery before this one and this one has an overall better sound and wheels not to mention the speed. So far it has worked like a charm and the battery keeps a great charge to it so he can just run out and ride it around whenever he feels like it. He is 10 and has only a few things in life that excite him and he was so down when his raptor stopped working once this one got here he was all smiles and having a blast on it. Wish the front wheels had been aligned right but other than that it was put together well and easy to finish the few things that needed put on.

Excellent product, built strong, feels safe
Excellent productThis ATV has very good power, and I think it's very well built. The most important factor for us is the safety. Both the acceleration and deceleration are both very smooth, so it's safe to play with.Note: Easy transaction and arrived on time.Recommended

Good customer service
We bought this for our kids for Christmas. It was easy enough to build at first, but was missing bolts and the frame was bent, which made building it take longer. When it was finally put together, after a trip to the hardware store and my husband having to bend the frame straight, we started it up and the brakes did not work. My husband was able to resolve this, but we were not thrilled. I contract the company and they were willing to work with us on a partial refund for the problems we had. Hopefully our kids will love it.

Too many problems for a nice toy
Updated review: I want to first say that the company is very responsive to issues, but if you don’t have the time or ability to fix the issues it’s not worth it.The ATV appears solid and is the perfect size for a young child. The front tires arrived angled out which is where our problems started. If that wasn’t enough, within an hour of giving the ATV to my children the throttle became stuck open at full speed causing my child to crash. Thankfully, she was only shook up over the incident. The throttle has never worked properly since and according to the company, a new control box is needed to fix the problem. A new control box is $90 on top of the cost of the ATV. This purchase has been one frustration after the next. I would recommend purchasing another ATV if you are not handy in the garage or value your child’s safety.

This is a great product and super fun for my boys
This is a great product and super fun for my boys. On reason for the 2 sstars is that the parts you need to build up the bike with do not fit very well, and the battery life after multiple recharges doesn’t last that long. A replacement battery is not cheep. I have had these for about 6 months, and now the battery lasts about 10 minutes. Just not acceptable.
