However, nothing is perfect, and there are some flaws that readers shouldbe aware of,. In this edition, PAGES 472-520 ARE PRINTED UP SIDE DOWN! YES, UP SIDE DOWN. I called thepublisher when I first received a copy in December, 2016. and reported the problem. Of course, I wasignored. The information is correct but the PAGES ARE UP SIDE DOWN. Who knows? This edition might beworth a collector's fee. Going forward, drugs should have costs listed. The PUBMED site, a governmentsite, can be used as reference to verify all drugs. The NCCN reference web site can be used to checkall use sequences. This book is essential for oncology professionals.
