Let me start by saying I buy a lot of stuff from this site, but I've never been compelled to actually write a review for anything until this pillow entered my life...EXTREMELY comfortable... Like sleeping on a CLOUD, in my opinion. And it's perfect for me, as a chemically sensitive individual. I had a MUCH better, more restful and peaceful night's sleep on this than I ever had on my old pillow, which was made with synthetic materials. Glad I got rid of that one. Also, after my first night on this pillow, I found I woke up with a lot less pain in my neck and back than usual, and no headache, like I usually have. This is an awesome thing for a chronically ill person.It wasn't quite as firm after sleeping on it a second night, but I slept like a baby regardless. Can't really complain. Love the super soft bamboo cover, though I do wish it was made without polyester. Not a dealbreaker, though.Also I have to mention this - I actually paid more for this pillow than the currently listed price - I of course thought that WAS the regular price. I got an email from the seller the morning after I got it, saying there was a discount available that I had somehow missed out on, and they were refunding me a few bucks to make up for it. What a pleasant surprise - AND after an amazing night of sleep!Overall I am extremely satisfied :) I let my fiance try it and now he wants one too! ;) I definitely recommend!

This pillow is like a stale gluten free pancake. I ordered it to help support my neck and chose this brand so that it would not asphyxiate me with chemicals while I slept, unfortunately it is flat and lifeless and does not even closely resemble the shape that you see in the picture. In terms of the measurements, in the picture the higher side of the contour claims that it is 4.7 inches when in reality it is about 3”...!!! This is in no way high enough to support a neck and keep the spine straight which is the only reason anyone would buy a contour pillow in the first place. The bamboo case that comes on it is very big for the pillow so it bunches up and is very uncomfortable.

Does this pillow "smell"??I can see why the reviewers are all over the place on this question!I bought this latex pillow for it's hypoallergenic qualities as DH has asthma and allergies. I was also concerned about flame retardant chemicals that can be irritating and toxic, which this does not have. We had a conventional memory foam "contoured" pillow that was super comfy and I wanted to find something similar but a healthier choice.This pillow had a light rubber scent upon opening the packaging, but after that I do not notice it. It was not offensive, just a sweet rubber kind of smell. Yet, DH thinks it smells too strong of rubber still, and does not want to use this pillow!! I guess if you are very sensitive to smell you may be bothered by it.Other than that, I think it is very comfortable and will use as my primary pillow. It is firmer than a conventional memory foam pillow but helps me sleep on my back. Will have to keep looking for a different one for DH!

After 1 week of usage, I am happy with this product. there is a huge difference from this pillow to the Tempurpedic ones. Main difference is that your head does not raise to 200 degrees. It is softer and shapes great to my neck. I am happy because your body should not sleep on artificial material that fully throws of your body's energetic and phisical wellbeing.

My wife and I have tried and returned 3 other pillows sold on Amazon and these are the first which ticked all the boxes for; comfort while maintaining a quick response, neck and head support, breathability and heat dissipation, and best of all ZERO chemical smell. The only thing I'd say is not to be surprised by how small and semi floppy the pillow seems when you first unbox it, I say this because at first glance I thought this was another dud, but give it a chance for one night and I'm sure that if a supportive pillow that breathes is up your alley then you'll be happy with these pillows, especially at such a great price! My review was in no way driven by incentive, I am a normal online shopper like anyone else, I simply like giving credit where it is due to quality products!

The pillow is comfortable but I would prefer it to be a little wider so that there is more space between the larger and smaller neck sections of the pillow. I need to use the smaller side of the pillow. The pillow stays amazingly cool all night long. I would describe it as between firm and soft. I would like it to be slightly softer. I do feel some discomfort on my ears, but it is definitely superior to the first one I bought and tried as far as pressure on the ear is concerned. . It is not too heavy and it is not too flimsy. I purchased a different brand and it is heavier and floppier and firmer and hurts my ear and is not as comfortable.

I am now sleeping on my back comfortably for the first time in a long time!!!!! it's soft but firmness to support my head. But it's not the one for my wife.a little high for her.but it's suitable for me, the height is just the right, wonderful, recommend

Most anatomical pillows are bit too hard for my body. This one is Not too hard not too soft! Best pillow I have used until now ! I sleep great on it and my head doesn't get too hot on the places of contact! Great length too
