Is there smaller tube too?** A: No smaller tube that I know of. We solved it by using the widow spacer provided. I hope you can see what we did our window opens outwards so my husband cut a pice of perspect fit it in the window frame. Cut a hole in the perspect for the tube works brilliantly hope this helps you please ask if you need to know anything else **Q: Do you need the hose for the fan setting?** A: No- the hose is only for when using the air conditioning function. **Q: Does this have a thermostat?
