Needed this size of lock washer and this type to look like the original style used. This fit just like the OEM ones and worked great.

My mobility scooter arm rest had become looser than when new so it kept falling at times when I wanted it to stay up. The factory friction was a plastic washer & there was no way to adjust it. I got some wave washers of the correct size from a large industrial supply (M-M-----C---). But they were way too thin to provide enough friction. These are of thicker steel. I had planned on sandwiching a couple together, but these are thicker & stiff enough that only one gave the desired results. I love it when a plan comes together!
