I would cover my hands, nose and mouth while applying it though. Not sure about indoor use because it has a strong scent, but it does eventually wear off and becomes somewhat tolerable. **Q: How often do you need to respray this?** A: Every couple of days depending on the weather. **Q: Is this product waterproof ??
