I AM SO GLAD THIS PROVED ME COMPLETELY WRONG!! I plugged this product right in, and my Sony XM4s synced right up. It has been a breeze ever since then. It has never failed. It has never gotten staticky. It has never lagged or had latency. Never disconnected randomly or stopped working where I had to unplug and plug back in. No worries about buying this one. I expected that not every single headphone would work with the mic. So in my case, I have to use the mic on the controller, but I don’t use the mic very often anyway. The main part is gaming through the headphones. So as long as you have the expectation that maybe your mic might not work, I don’t believe any of the bad reviews. This thing is incredible. Instructions are a little tough to understand and device name isn't clear when finding Bluetooth devices to pair. Definitely test before flight so it's easier to initiate when needed. Some reduction in volume but still worth it. Note: i keep bluetooth in my phone off but enable usb debugging (pixel 6). This unit directly connects to the headsets so you can keep bluetooth phone antenna off. Also paired this with AD ADTRIP USB C Splitter 1 in 2 Out so i can now charge my phone without issue and listen to 2 headset at the same time.

A: Yes, you can. You could check the above video for how to pair two bluetooth headphones with it.

**Q: I just got these it connected to my PS5 but i can’t talk to friends online why is that?**
A: Do you use the coming mic or use the built-in mic of your headphone? If you want to use your headphones’ built-in mic, double click the Multi-Function Button on the C81 and enter talk mode. The sound quality will be limited in this mode. This is due to current Bluetooth technology restraints. You could check the above video for how to set the sound setting of the PS5 too.

**Q: How can I get good sound quality with PS5?**
A: To get good sound quality during a chat, use the included mic. Plug the mic into the PS5 controller. Now you can chat with your teammates and listen with your headphones at the same time. In this way. Your headphones' built-in mic doesn't work. 

If you want to use your headphones’ built-in mic, double click the Multi-Function Button on the C81 and enter talk mode. The sound quality will be limited in this mode. This is due to current Bluetooth technology restraints.

**Q: Would this work with my razer kaira rz04-03980100-r3u1?**
A: Unfortunately, the C81 dongle is not compatible with your Razer Kaira RZ04-03980100-R3U1 headset. The Razer Kaira is not a Bluetooth-enabled headset and can only be paired with its included dongle for wireless use. It cannot be connected to a different dongle, including the C81.

I honestly thought that this just wouldn’t work. Or if it did, it would be unreliable, cutting out all the time or having latency issues. I AM SO GLAD THIS PROVED ME COMPLETELY WRONG!! This device works nearly flawlessly. After initial pairing, simply unplug or plug in to stop or start using. I did end up returning only because for the price I can get whatever new bluetooth codes that this doesn't support. I was happy with it's performance (Original review) I bought this for a ps5, and while I have only tried it initially to see if it works properly, I am quite happy with this product. I put my headphones on pair, plugged the receiver it into the ps5 and they paired. Loaded up some streaming services to check on audio synch and found it to be perfect. I then unplugged it put the USB adapter on it and plugged it into the back USB, with the device sitting on top of the console. Worked exactly the same. Paired immediately. Flawless audio, nothing out of synch. I also tried the included microphone, which worked perfectly fine. I will change this review if anything changes, but this is a pretty good product.
