Add it to your grains, along with room temperature water (de-chlorinated if possible) for 24 hours, then PC as normal. You'll notice much faster colonization and less contamination (assuming this was an issue). This way, the microbes will enter their exponential growth phase with the grains, perform microbial mineralization & secrete their MGP's which survive the temp & pressure of the PC. This will give your grains a head start, but there will be no microbes that survive the PC - so you will have to reapply when S2B.
