This book is excellent as far as it goes. There is a lot of useful material and many helpful tips, and many of the topics of estate taxation and retirement planning are covered. Unfortunately, no single book can cover everything, which I found out when looking for a specific issue regarding an estate income tax (1041) question. Some situations are so unique that they cannot be expected to be covered in any single publication.  On the other hand, this book pointed me in the direction I needed to go, and made my subsequent research a little easier. I definitely recommend it.
