Thank you for the bowls and bases. I have to lodge a complaint with you about the quality of the wooden bases on which the bowls sit. To say they are of poor quality and are flawed is an understatement. The finish on the upper side paint/varnish is shocking. The underside of the wooden bases are both terrible and I actually cut my finger on the underside as I ran it along the edge of the circle. Appalling quality and I would like some form of action taken please. I did not bargain on having to contemplate to buy sandpaper and varnish to complete this job for you before feeling good about handing them on as a Christmas present. I am only grateful that I opened them to check them before wrapping them up. Best regards, Ian Street.
