We also equipped the Swayback with a bungee cord lash system on the top lid, to offer gear lash points. The Swayback's large main compartment opens up fully and is sealed with a weatherproof zipper. To offer additional capacity, we built the Swayback with two substantial side compartments that are also sealed with weatherproof zippers to keep out the elements. The Swayback features 3M reflective stripes on the sides, carry strap when off the bike, and a webbing strap on the rear to hang a light for added nighttime safety. The main compartment is in a hard shell wedge shape which makes it fill up awkawardly fast. Think 'one rolled up Sunday newspaper' and then you're out of space in the middle. The side pockets expand some but aren't as long. Oh I forgot, one of the zipper pull covers fell off the first time I used it, so that's a minor fail there. I think I just threw it on the ground after it wouldnt go back on.
