**Q: What is the weight limit for this part?  One reviewer said it shot off when 100lb kid was sitting in it.  What weight can it hold?**
A: The kit comes with a fastener to hold the items in place. They spring on the main upright for the chair and then you put the tie-down on it and it won'd come off. I would just 300 pounds would be a moderate weight when the chair can hold. Its a brilliant idea and it works like a charm. I am pleased with it.

**Q: What is the height with all pieces used?   I like my chair at its tallest and it keeps sinking a few inches.  There are 5 inches of area of cylinder.**
A: The pieces in the Chair Saver Kit are no more than 2 inches long. One could buy a piece of PVC pipe of the right diameter and use that instead of the piece included in the kit. Good luck with your repair.

**Q: I just received mine and it came with a thin metal ring - there are no instructions for it - what is it for?**
A: There should actually be two of those thin metal washers.  They go on the top and the bottom before you put on the plastic pieces.  (I believe step #2 on the insert shows how).  There's also a video on their site how to do it.  Super easy.

**Q: The cylinder on my chair is 7.25 inches circumference. Will this product work for me?**
A: R U sure that’s the circumference? These spacers are designed to work on cylinders that are 2 inches in diameter.
