My ex-husband is Vietnamese and what he eats is like eating fire with no actual flavor. He kissed me on the cheek once after eating it and I instantly got a liquid filled blister. This has flavor it has multi-layered flavor and the sesame seeds really at a texture and interest to the noodles that I didn't expect at all. I started out with a very Bland noodle I got Sesame miso which was a little sweeter than I wanted and really didn't have a lot of flavor so that's a good one to start with but add this to it and it's really quite good I think this would work on nearly anything I'm a little afraid that I'm going to have to buy it by the case.
