The snap bracelet structure was enclosed with fabric and eventually the pocket enclosing them in soft fabric broke and it did not last. This version of the prefect bun maker does not use fabric to enclose. I imagine if and when the product fails superglue and/or replacement fabric (used in three places) would repair to new condition again. Considering the price invested and the time to fix you might as well buy some more. Overall just what I was looking for, but actually better!Pros: (1) Quick and Easy bun, (2) Fashionable looking Top Knot, (3) Price is good while remaining functional, (4) Great for getting your hair up and out of the way, (5) Better construction than the item I came to Amazon to search for.Cons: (1) Designed for shoulder length to long hair (do not buy if you have short hair).
