Holds a good size portion on whatever you choose. Comes with car charger too which would be beneficial for people on the road a lot. Comes with cutlery, carry case and extra little pot for sauce or salad. I find the lid a bit difficult to close at times, but I do that with a normal clip on lid. Stainless steel, so easy to clean.
