The percentage refers to the amount of visible light transmitted (VLT). 5% VLT Limo Black film transmits only 5% of visible light through the film. **Q: I have never tinted a window before. How hard is it?** A: Tinting a window with a professional finish is not an easy task. Much like decorating, it requires patience, good weather and excellent preparation. Following the included instructions and taking your time will give you the best finish possible. **Q: Why can I see through the film so clearly from the inside of my vehicle?** A: Window tinting film has one-way visibility. THIS TINT IS VERY LOW QUALITY AND IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. i applied it to the same again after it started peeling the first time. thinking i done something wrong i had a professional tint it again and it only lasted 3 weeks before it started peeling again badly. it doesn’t stick and is harder to apply to begin with because of how low the quality iS.
