It arrived in a very timely fashion and was exactly as it was advertised. No problems there. Seller/shipper gets 5+ stars. I'm reserving the last star rating because I'm still evaluating the battery itself. Pros: totally took over where the factory battery failed. I would lose 40-60% of the charge within an hour or two without even talking, texting, nada... just the phone sitting on my desk so this battery does what it promised. Con: it takes a long time to charge.....4-5 hours to get to 100% from under 10% battery life.
