Not effective on bedbugs
This did absolutely nothing for bedbugs except light up the room so that I could see them crawling toward me. Not sure how it works for other critters, but we bought 4 (for each of the bedrooms in the place) and no one noticed a decrease. It was right next to my bed, not blocked by any furnishings, yet no difference. The shipping was super fast and it may work for other critters, but I wouldn't invest in these for a bedbug issue

Perfect for my bedroom!
At first I was skeptical on this product's efficiency but I was wrong. This is by far the best bed bug repellent I have purchased. The product description says pests and is more effective for spiders but I bought it for my bed bug problem.As an apartment renter, I have had the issue of bed bugs for a year and a half before I purchased this. My landlord had the place fumigate and that didn't work. I bought bed bug spray from home depot which didn't work. I replaced my entire mattress and the bugs still returned (sprayed the carpet before getting new mattress). I currently own a steamer because the infestation was too regular.I have this plugged in on the opposite side of my bed and it works like a charm. You can sometimes hear the soft beeps but it is worth it to be rid of pests. My room even has a door to the balcony and I am glad to say I haven't had any issues for the past 5 months. My room is about 12 feet by 10 feet not including the bathroom (which also doesn't have any bugs anymore)I love this product and I am purchasing two more for my mom!(I only have this plugged into one room, my other housemates still have issues with bed bugs on the other side of the apartment)

Really disappointed.
I held out really high hopes for this but unfortunately it seems to have absolutely no effect on bed bugs or any type of insects for that matter. Really disappointed.

nice product
The PestZilla Indoor Robust Plug-in Pest Repeller is a nice chemical free way to keep bugs out of my home. I have small children and pets, so it is nice to not have to worry about them getting sick from anything that might be sprayed. I have this in my bedroom as I’ve been seeing spiders lately. I’ve had it for about a week and haven’t seen them since plugging in this product. Another thing that I like about it is that it doubles as a night light. It’s so dark in my room all the time that it is nice to be able to see a bit. It looks a bit bright in the picture but I feel that it isn’t overwhelming when trying to sleep.

Worked great for me
After finding a few bed-bug and trying sprays, foggers, powders with little luck I decided to give this little gadget a try.I am happy to say I have not seen a bed-bug since, and now can sleep with my windows open because I also have not seen a mosquito either.

Great pest repeller
We had issues with spiders and ants in our basement, I bought this product after a little research and have found this to be very effective, specially when no chemicals are involved. I started noticing the change immediately and see it to be persistent. This has great sturdy built and consumes little electricity and is easy to use by just plugging it in . Also the insect like look looks trendy and stylish. I can just plug it into any place and see insects running away . I have started using my basement more often as it’s clean and insect free. So far loving this product as my toddler is not harmed while I have a spider free home.

I bought 5 of these for different room's and I couldn't be more happy with PestZilla, I see bugs come out where didn't know were even there, hardly seeing any at all now. I'm a very clean fanatic and now I feel much better, I bought more for Family member's!!!! Works Absolutely Wonderful!!!!!!!!!
