I needed another set for multiplayer gaming and to use with my secondary PC.On arrival the package inside the Amazon box was damaged. There was no bubble wrap,foam or other protection to protect the item from poor S&H. I instantly took an image before and after removing the headset. I did not have to cut or open the plastic it was already open. After removing the headset the first thing I noticed was the earmuffs show indentation as if it had been used before. I am confident to say that they are suppose to normally be more flat when new. At this point I was disappointed but figured I would work with what I got.I plugged them in and opened the adapter baggy to get the mic and it was missing. I looked inside the shipping box but it was not there so it did not fall out of the items packaging. I have read reviews about the adapters missing and some with the wrong adapters so I guess I should not be surprised.Normally I would give the p3200 model 4 stars,1 point off because of the low quality non cloth braided cord. The p3210-1 model is not much different but it lacks the breathable backs of the earmuffs to hear others around you and the looks of the blue accents...aside from the lacking presentation and protection of the p3200 model. It does have the extra control for bass on the p3210-1 which is nice I guess.This headset does work without the microphone but without it I will not use it much. I could return it and have it replaced but it takes too long.
