**Q: Do you need to purchase batteries seperatly. I have had it plugged in for 2 days snd the PC died after about 5 seconds ?**
A: I suggest returning the item or getting it fixed by a professional Electronic device agent as it may seem something is using the battery or the battery has a leakage or may be damaged. I do not believe that you can exchange the battery inside of this like you can do in a remote or flashlight.

**Q: Can I  use a usb to install my craft studio for my craft card making then print out artwork from my Hp printer**
A: I would think so as it has 2 usb ports and I use one to connect a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse

**Q: Is this actually Toshiba?**
A: I do not know fully. You can head over to the Toshiba website and compare the two to see if it is or not.

**Q: Can this be windows 10 be upgraded yo windows 11 pro?**
A: Not given option atm to upgrade to windows 11, nothing in system update so guess not, might not meet requirements needed to install it.

Lovely little laptop which easily and quickly converts into a tablet at the push of a button. I also bought the Amazon basics laptop bag and micro HDMI lead to allow me to use large screen TV or projector to show power point presentations. So much easier to carry than a "Full sized" laptop. For the price it really is a great purchase. Pound coin shown for size comparison 🤭🤭

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for what I need

I wanted to have a small laptop, easy to travel with if needed, do work/research on and hopefully edit a few photos.It's really easy to set up, and get things linked as needed for work.The keyboard is small and I need time to get used to it.It comes with a bit of charge but I would reccomend putting it on charge as soon as you can.It's quite speedy for a little 4 Ram laptop. The screen is removable and you can use it as a touch screen but you will need to reattach it back to the keyboard if you want to type. I don't really see it as an issue but I suppose others might.It does need a microSD if you want to have more space on it, again no issue for me, but apparently might be for some.It only arrived today, so I will update more if I need to and once I have used it a bit more.

### ⭐⭐⭐ Works but not well

Wanted a cheap, light netbook for travel. It works, good hard drive and connectors include HDMI. Lighter models are are twice the price. However, touch pad is absolutely awful, jumps around and very difficult to use so often clicking on wrong places. Also very slow and will not even play downloads from iplayer although advertised specs say it should, so are specs right? Very low quality for a Toshiba, and label says Dynabook Europe, made in China- This is how Toshiba has been rebranded, but the quality is nowhere near the same as before
