I had to have surgery down below and am required to take lots of laxatives. Fun right? No, no it's not. It's painful and sucks! They said to use wet wipes only but even those hurt. Got this bad boy delivered the same day and wish I'd done it 3 days ago! So it's super easy to use and the bottle is big so you can do a lot of rinsing. I would recommend luke warm water vs hot and def not cold! It does a great job cleaning and it's quite soothing. It may not be of the highest quality but it's solid and if everything is tightened properly it doesn't leak. The angled head is perfect. I feel the price is just right. BUT what makes this THE BEST PRODUCT EVER is the instructions!!!! But not before I purchased two others trying to find one that did not leak. Those with the air vent in the bottom leak. The iBzera Portable does not leak and has no vent in the bottom therefore gets five stars. This one wins hands down!
