**Q: Is it heat stable?**
A: I used it to make my wedding cake.  Purple velvet. I used white chocolate instead of milk when making again as the milk chocolate messed up the colour.  But you dont need much unless you want it really dark :)

**Q: want to uses this to color white chocolate does effect the taste when not baked?**
A: No it doesn't alter the taste

**Q: Is this gel suitable for vegetarians?**
A: I'm a vegetarian too. I Checked the progel website and they sell it on Ocado. Im sure it says it is.

**Q: Can I use this for white chocolate?**
A: You can only use oil based colouring with any chocolate otherwise it will seize.
