They're a great replacement for the ridiculously overpriced Dell print cartridges, and work great. My only complaint--and it's a tiny one--is that sometimes my print jobs don't seem as crisp, or bleed a little bit, but I honestly couldn't care less. I'm a full time college student on a very limited budget, and these work perfectly for what I need them for. Like the description and others have said, your printer won't recognize the cartridge as being new, but just ignore it. It's not a big deal.
