Product Description Espresso Maestro is a tribute to Luigi Lavazza, the inventor of the art of blending, and to the ancient formulas of our Espresso. The highest expertise in the art of blending passed through generations to our master blenders. Organic high-quality coffee from Mexico, one of Luigi’s favourite origins, blended with fine Natural and Washed Arabica and top Robusta from Africa and South America, slow roasted, the same way it was done in Luigi’s drogheria. Ingredients Coffee Directions To prepare an espresso using Lavazza coffee, grind 18-20 grams of coffee to a fine consistency. Warm up your espresso machine to the ideal brewing temperature between 195-205 degrees Fahrenheit (90-96 degrees Celsius). Tamp the coffee grounds evenly and attach the portafilter to the espresso machine. Extract a 30 ml shot of espresso, which should take approximately 25-30 seconds. Enjoy your freshly brewed espresso.
