And it’s natural and organic *by L***G on Reviewed in the United States on January 22, 2021* I keep a variety of different flavors, some with B6 and some without, to help as I never know what my rebelling body will need to stem the first trimester nausea. This one with ginger is nice because it doesn’t have B6 but relies in ginger. Ginger is a strong flavor though so while effective I find rotating flavors best. I have at least one of these a day and it really helps especially when my stomach is threatening to take me hostage again. Morning sickness is funny because cravings and aversions seem to change Willy nilly but this is definitely a good tool to have in hand.
