I've had a few items from Bamboo but had never seen a mouse by them. This is a really nice mouse, it's 3.0 wireless, works flawlessly. It uses 2 AAA batteries.My only con is that being wood with a thin plastic coating makes it a little bit slippery.I love it and I think you would too. As responsive as my old "name brand" mouse that the dog ate. Good range. I'm not a computer expert or a connoisseur of meeses, but I like it, it works fine, I've not felt the need to cuss at it, and in week it's gotten multiple comments because it's so awesome looking. Lost one star because, clearly handmade, the product's back (the back piece that opens and closes to the battery chamber) DID NOT fit precisely to the mouse once batteries were inserted. In other words, everything was fit snuggly when I opened product, but one I put batteries inside the back, the back piece did not fit back in correctly and I actually had to sand it down (yes it's real bamboo) to make it fit back correctly.
