How do you access the bulbs for the a/c controls on a 08 Tacoma?

You get it the bulbs by using a car panel pry bar or butter knife. Take the tool and insert it at the bottom of the temperature control area. Slowly pry outward till it pops loose. Once this is done, look at the back of the temperature controling module and you will notice two round dots (smaller than a Dime) and push and twist with your thumb. Replace with new bulb, repeat.

I really don't know. I had a tacoma 98 (which was the same from 1998 to 2004) and never had dash blown bulbs. But I also had a Chevy 98 pickup that I changed the bulbs... they are the same as the chevy, so I think (but not sure) that it could be an universal size. I also change the bulbs in another chevy with radio shack's bulbs (cat number 272-1141), I keep the socket from the blown bulbs, and put in there the new bulbs... it's kinda tricky but it works!. Good luck!.

My ac control lights go out on my tacoma and when I tap on dash they come back on. Will these bulbs help fix my problem?

Mine did that several times. Then went completely out. Left side then right side 7 months later. Bulbs were determined bad. Replacing.

Will it work for my 2010 Toyota Corolla?

Sorry I have a 2005 Tacoma and they worked great but I agree with Speedy Electron, Watch a youtube video to see how to remove the old bulb so you can compare the damaged bubl with this one.
