My window's total exterior rim measurement came to 380 cm so I ordered the 400cm version.The item arrived same day, thanks to Amazon Prime. I found fitting relatively easy. The velcro tape has extremely strong adhesive - be careful not to stick it to your fingers. But because my window swings open from the bottom and has hinges on either side edges, rather than along the top, it has a large gap at the top when it is open. This means that the designed taper of the fabric strip only just overlaps at the top and there is limited spare material for making gussets at the window corners. I proably should have ordered the next size up.
