A little off center and slightly over burned, but not bad for guessing at the settings. The people who complain that they aren't magnetic simply have no knowledge of metallurgy. The description clearly states that the cards are "304 Stainless", which is not magnetic, nor is 316. If the cards were 430 or 434 stainless, they would be magnetic.
