Not as advertised
So let me begin by saying I don't give this low stars because be of the seller but because of the product. When I received this I was surprised how fast it got here. The ATV came in 2 box's one with the battery pack and the other with the ATV partially assembled, also in box 2 was some cheep tools to put it together. Not one tool fit a bolt Allen head or any other fastener on this. This was not a big deal as I have a shop and most any tool at my disposal. After assembled I found that one wheel all 3 racks/brackets and both front disc were bent, upon further inspection I found that the shocks/springs are nothing more than a rediculously stiff spring (I am 203 pounds, standing on top of one spring I can not couse it to compress) and some sort of imitation shock that doesn't actually rebound or absorb any load. Finally now that the weather is cleared up and there isn't snow on the ground here my son can really ride it for more than just a few min here and there. On a full charge at the second speed setting the ATV lasted almost 41 min, I came up with this number after averaging how long it lasted on a full charge 3 separate times all on the same speed and with consistent use. Also after I found that it doesn't last nearly as long as it is quoted to i decided to borrow my uncle's radar/speed gun and clocked it at 11.1 miles an hour on speed setting 2, 8.4 on setting 1, and 5.3 on setting 0. These numbers are nowhere near what the description says they should be. With all of that said I do still like this little ATV but I would never say it's worth $400 or even $300 for that matter. I hope this helps anyone looking to buy a small ATV for there kids. I forgot to mention when I contacted the company they responded in a fairly decent amount of time and sent me replacement parts very quickly.

Nice atv, functions as described
Nice atv, functions as described. Seems pretty study and fairly safe. My 5 yr old son does fine on the middle speed (approx 10mph), and though he's eager to use the top speed, not sure he's ready yet. I let him try a few minutes, he did fine, but should still probably wait a bit given at the faster speed (about 15+mph) he reaction time might be questionable. Assembly was a breeze, just followed their online video and all went just as they show. Some minor issues, and Rosso customer service has been great iin responding. I'll mention this issues here for your consideration. First, the charger never worked and had a low erratic voltage, (16-21V,). Rosso is sending me a new one. Think this is associated with lower quality electronics from china which I've seen in most any electronics made in asia and not the sellers fault. I was able to charge each cell individually with a standard car battery charge, a little inconvenient but still workable. The chain did come off frequently as others have complained, but a friend who has experience with motorcycles showed me the proper way and place to adjust it. I wouldn't have known that myself and it could have been a frustrating issue. Once adjusted the correct way, works just fine, haven't had a chain issue since. The headlights didn't work and Rosso has been helpful in trying to get this resolved, but not a big issue for me given my son isn't likely to do any night riding for some years. Again, not really the seller's fault, just about All in all, I'm pretty satisfied with the atv, loads of fun. I even did a short ride on it myself, makes me with they have a model for adult riders. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Rosso again, they've been helpful and prompt.

It worked great and was an easy assemble for the most part
I purchased this December 8, 2017 for my son, for Christmas. Today is June 15, 2018. Two days ago it died, while he was riding it. Yes it was fully charged, we have been trying to charge it for 2 nights now and is still not working. It worked great and was an easy assemble for the most part, but it did not lost long. Checked every cable, and everything is connected. Contacting the seller, in hopes to get pointed to the right direction as I am hoping this has a 1 year warranty at least.

It was as if he was the happiest kid on the block
Wow! I'm absolutely blown away by the attention to detail that this eATV brought. I initially purchased this bike for my youngest and when he hopped on it man did his smile light up! It was as if he was the happiest kid on the block! Shipping was very fast and the assembly was easy as well (their youtube videos make it very easy to follow and assemble). When we eventually needed new tires, I called Rosso to get some new tires and the person spoke to was very helpful and genuinely a nice person and offered me extra tips on how to make sure that my kids bike ran smoother. Not only have I been thoroughly impressed with the value that this little quad brings, but I've been amazed by the customer service and how the team goes above and beyond what I personally expect from a company. I'm pretty sure some other parents around the neighborhood will be getting some of these quads soon for their kids as well!
