It goes together with two screws and wing nuts on each side. Mine looks a little wonky but I decided that it didn't need to be perfect. I painted it with chalk paint to match two smaller stars, then lightly sanded the embossing. The 3 stars look great above my kitchen cabinetry. This barn star would be great on a fence, on a mantle, or as tabletop decor. ### ⭐⭐⭐ ASSEMBLY REQUIRED *by M***W on Reviewed in the United States on February 4, 2018* Box was opened upon arrival. Star requires assembly which was slightly inconvient. We had difficulty lining up the center so there were no gaps.
