Everything underneaath was as dry aas a bone from Aug 2020 thru 1st wk of April 2021, just about a full 8 months. Don't let the condensation on the inside tarp surface during a heavy rain decieve you; it's NOT leakage, just a dew point temperature and high humidity; in an hour after the storm, the tarp surface is dry with no trace of water. The tarp itself is well cut square and very. durable wwith extra heavy duty grommet reinforcement. I'll definiteely buy again and highly recommend product.
