Review: You can tell this is a very high quality olive oil - I had been using California Ranch olive oil ( which is not bad ) before trying this. WOW , what a noticeable difference . I take olive oil by the tablespoon rather than in food and this stuff really lights up the back of your throat up and makes your tongue feel fuzzy . This is because of the very high polyphenol count and it very much shows . I wanted to try a very good olive oil with a very high polyphenol count for health reasons and see if I could tell the difference . You very much can .

I had been using California Ranch olive oil ( which is not bad ) before trying this. WOW , what a noticeable difference . I take olive oil by the tablespoon rather than in food and this stuff really lights up the back of your throat up and makes your tongue feel fuzzy . I wanted to try a very good olive oil with a very high polyphenol count for health reasons and see if I could tell the difference . You very much can .
