I got my daughter daughter this for Christmas. She absolutely loved it. Nice and roomy and the quality seemed very good. Well days later she used it for the first time and the main zipper broke!! SO easily! Now if customer service would have replied back to me to refund me or exchanged it, I wouldn’t be writing a negative comment. So please take that into consideration if you do purchase this book bag. I basically gave them $30 something for my daughter to use this for an hour. We’re both so disappointed.
