My son used to sleep through the night then around 3 months decided to stop and wake up anywhere from 4-7 times a night. I had him swaddled so I tried unswaddling and it got even worse. I tried this not having much hope at 4 in the morning and he slept til 7. So I tried it that night, only up 3 times! The next night (last night) only twice and then I had to wake him in the morning for daycare. Ahh it is so nice to sleep! He wakes other times but doesn't cry and just soothes himself back to sleep (a lot of hand sucking which he's able to do now but couldn't in the swaddle). Plus he looks friggin adorable. I just put a short sleeve onesie underneath and keep the house 68 (I was at 70 with his ceiling fan on but the breeze seemed to annoy him)... seems to be the right temperature for him.
