For the baby I focus on the animals and make animal noises she loves as well as colors, Having her try to put letters inside is also great for her motor skills! for the 5 year old I have the letters pulled out and tell him the sound then have him find the matching animal to insert the letter( his letter recognition has EXPLODED since getting these since it’s a super interactive way to learn letters!) and for the 7 year old he likes to pull out the letters and write words.
