Grudgingly, I give it one very weak star. I bought this item to replace another broken candelabra for my parents. The item came in a package that had been previously opened. When I put brand new batteries in the candelabra, it did not light. I thought, maybe it has to absorb solar energy, as well. Nope! That night, still no lighted candles. I was ripped off!!
