I don't even like jalapenos (despite being in the southwest). So when I first tried this, I didn't really like it much. I have since become addicted. I put it anywhere I would normally put BBQ sauce. I've put it in brisket. I've dabbed a bit in a breakfast taco. I've put it in a burger. It has a wonderful flavor along with the "heat".
