However it's a bit temperamental and I've had readings of +/- 1 stone, depending on where I place it on my bathroom floor. I had it over a week and could only get the initial reading of weight, which wouldn't update. Stepping on the scale, I'd get the weight reading and the display would turn off and fail to record anything else. I contacted support, but they didn't really help me understand what was wrong. Apparently, if the first recording doesn't complete fully, subsequent reading won't be displayed. I stopped using the scale for about a week and tried again. This time I was able to complete the reading, basically, weight, followed by animation on the screen, something I'd never seen before, and an eventual complete reading.
