Just getting two whole replacement tire-wheel combos was prohibitively expensive, so I decided to replace the tubes.I've dismounted/mounted a lot of tires by hand, including everything from motorcycle tires to tires on a Bobcat skid-steer loader. But these about kicked my butt. Getting one side of the tire off the bead so I could ooch out the old tube and get the new one in wasn't bad, but getting the dang tires back on the wheels almost defeated me. I'm not sure whether the plastic wheel or the Chinese tires suffered more damage trying to get them re-seated.But none of that was the fault of the tubes, which seemed very well made. They were thick rubber and inflated well with no issues. I took off the wheels and replaced the tubes with these. As a boy, I used to change the tubes on my bicycle so I already had the knowledge and skill to install these tubes. I needed a rubber mallet to break the tyre bead away from the rim. The tubes went in well and took the air pressure easily. Two months and they still hold the pressure.
