They also sent me a replacement rod and kept me up to date with all of the shipping information. Rod showed up today and looks to be in perfect condition, as one should expect it too. It's a great feeling rod. Grip is wrapped very nicely and being a 3 piece rod will be great for transporting. I will not be getting out with it for a few months but will update again once I get some time with it. So far I'd say it's worth giving it a shot if you're looking for a bargain rod with a great feel. Bought a similar feeling rod and it was 2x the price.
